Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment byVisa, Mastercard and personal cheque. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or email, or you can use our online shop.


Shipping And Handling
We use Royal Mail Packet Post and Parcelforce for all deliveries.
Delivery Schedule We endeavour to deliver all orders within 14 days, but please allow 28 days.
Tax Charges no VAT is currently charged on this site.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and with the service provided by the Saving Energy Partnership. However, in the event that goods are damaged on arrival, or part or all of an order is not received within the specified time, please inform us within 5 working days of receipt or expected delivery, otherwise no claim can be considered.

Returned Goods: A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us, undamaged within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
